The City of Kissimmee in partnership with World of Homes (WOH) is hosting a series of four Community Wellness Seminars.
The seminars are free and open to the public. They will take place in the Commission Chambers at Kissimmee City Hall, located at 101 N. Church Street in Kissimmee.
The topics are designed to assist Home Owner Associations to deal with issues, such as foreclosures, board of directors, financial efficiency, enforcing association rules, and crime prevention.
Future seminars are scheduled to take place at the same time and location on the following dates:

In an effort to improve the aesthetics of our community, we would like to propose a fundraiser to provide funding for the following items:
• A brick entrance wall with the community name on it so guests know they are entering Oak Island Harbor community
• Palm trees planted in the island along the road leading to the entrance of the community
• A fund to purchase Christmas Decorations for the entrance
The above are just a few suggestions; however this forum is open to all homeowner suggestions.
